Bugii King Ihab was gunned down by police after he was linked to the murder of a 4th-year university student who was buying medicine for his sick mother.

Bugii together with an accomplice shot and killed Rodgers Opiyo at a chemist in Phadam Hospital in Umoja, Nairobi last week.

On Tuesday, police, acting on a tip-off ambushed the two with the same motorbike without a registration number in Ruiru area.

After a dramatic hour-long shoot out with detectives in Ruiru, Bugii and his unidentified accomplice were dead.

Bugii documented his gangster lifestyle on social media and among the celebrities he revered was Tupac Shakur.

Who himself was also felled by bullets.

In one Facebook post, Bugii quoted his role model, Tupac.

“The seed must grow regardless of the fact that it’s planted in stone. – Tupac Shakur”

However, his very last post on his wall before he was gunned down was to his bae, identified as Anita.
