Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) basketball team made it two wins on the trot on Saturday night at the ongoing Fiba Africa Zone Five Women's Club Championship in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

The Kenyan ladies overran hosts Don Bosco 70-21 in their second game of the round robin event at the National Indoor Stadium. KPA raised a notch in each quarter extending its unassailable lead to secure the win.

Point guard Natalie Mwangale was KPA's star as she finished with 13 points, five assists, three steals and one block.

Shooting guard Rebecca Nkatha chipped in with 10 points. The dock women, who are coached by Anthony Ojukwu, started the competition with a resounding 80-36 win over Rwandese side Hoops on Friday.

Mwangale led the whitewash with 22 points as Victoria Reynolds sunk in 16 points, Betty Kalanga finished with15 points and team captain Vilma Owino chipped in 10 points.

KPA plays its third game against Rwanda Energy Group (REG) on Monday as they bid to keep their unbeaten start. Kenyan champions  Equity Hawks, who are also in the competition, have also won back-to-back games.

The bankers started with a 53-33 thrashing of REG on Friday, before struggling to beat Hoops 53-51 on Saturday. Hawks face Burundi's Gladiators in their third match on Sunday.
